Delivery and returns

We know that making a decision can often take time. That's why we, JEWLSCPH, have made it easy for you to exchange/return unused items – and offer a 30-day full right of return. However, please note that different exchange and return policies apply depending on whether you purchased your items in our stores or online at www.jewlscph.com. See exchange policies for purchases made in our physical stores at the bottom of the page.

Please note that for items made to order or custom-made for the customer, the right of return and exchange does not apply.

For Christmas, we have extended the exchange period until January 9, 2025 for all purchases made after November 1, 2025.

DELIVERY
JEWLSCPH delivers FREE (for purchases over DKK 200) to Denmark with PostNord – the rest of the world with UPS, see prices below.

With PostNord, we ship items using the following: PostNord – home delivery, PostNord – work address, PostNord – pick-up point.

Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are usually dispatched 1-2 business days after the order confirmation has been sent (provided the item is in stock). The amount for your purchase will only be deducted from your payment card after the item has been dispatched. You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your order.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
All shipments to Denmark are sent free of charge for purchases over DKK 200.

Orders to other countries are sent with UPS and are subject to the following shipping costs:
To addresses within Europe: DKK 75
To addresses outside Europe: DKK 125

RETURN OF ITEM PURCHASED IN THE WEBSHOP
A 30-day full right of return is granted for items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 30-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. We pay for your return – see below.

The wish to cancel must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery at kundeservice@jewlscph.com and the order must be in our possession no later than 30 days after receipt of your order.

EXTENDED RIGHT OF RETURN - CHRISTMAS GIFTS: For Christmas 2025, we have extended our right of return, and all purchases made after November 1, 2025, can be returned until January 9, 2026.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR FREE?
Send an email to kundeservice@jewlscph.com and we will send you a free return label by email (applies to shipments within Denmark). Print out the return label and attach it to the package, which you send to us along with the return form.

The return form is enclosed with your order but can also be printed out below. The item should be sent to the address below.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
As a customer, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If you have used the item beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and how it functions, we consider the item used and reserve the right, after a specific assessment in each case, to reduce the refund or to entirely forfeit the refund. You should also be aware that the original packaging typically represents a value, and the original packaging must also be returned.

ATTENTION extended exchange policy for Christmas 2025

For Christmas, we have extended the exchange period until January 9, 2026 for all purchases made after November 1, 2025 in our store. (see conditions for online purchases under "Delivery & Returns"). The item can be exchanged for another item or a gift card. Money will not be refunded for purchases made in our store.

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for purchases made in our stores. The item can be exchanged in all stores regardless of where it was purchased.

NOTE: Sale items and outlet items purchased in the store are not exchangeable and cannot be returned. Please note that outlet items are always purchased as seen. When purchasing outlet items, discount or campaign codes or gift codes cannot be used.
