Payment
The transaction currency used is DKK unless another language layer is selected. Prices include VAT and fees. We reserve the right to correct typing and spelling errors, and for items being out of stock.
JEWLSCPH is approved by PBS to receive online payments. All payments are made via a secure encrypted SSL line directly to PBS. If the transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately. You will then receive an order confirmation by email. We will withdraw the amount from your account when the package is shipped from us. If you return an item, the money will be refunded directly to the same payment card.

Credit options:
Unique installment plan adapted to the customer without interest. For further information: info@jewlscph.com. According to section 19 of the Danish Credit Agreement Act, as a consumer, you can withdraw from a loan or credit agreement within 14 calendar days.

Please note that for all orders over DKK 3,000, we require photo identification to confirm the Dankort/Visa card and to prevent fraud. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this protects both you as a customer and us.
REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this agreement, we will refund payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 5-8 business days from the date we received your returned order. We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
If you have used a gift card or credit note for your purchase, a credit note will be issued for the corresponding amount. The gift card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
DISCOUNTS AND CAMPAIGNS
Special discounts and campaigns on our webshop only include items in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the item is not in stock.
Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, outlet, campaigns, etc.
QUALITY CONTROL
We always check all jewelry before shipping. Should you nevertheless experience a defect in the jewelry, please return the item as soon as possible, after which we will remedy this.
GENERAL RULES OF THE SALE OF GOODS ACT
Unless otherwise specified in the text below, we follow the general rules of the Sale of Goods Act. The contract is drawn up and entered into in Danish and is not available on our website, so you should print and save the order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if incorrect prices are stated on the website, as these may be auto-calculated. The order confirmation generated at the time of purchase is thus a copy of the shopping cart and not our acceptance that the transaction will be completed.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
For all products and jewelry, we offer a 2-year right of complaint. You can thus complain about defects or deficiencies that were present when the jewelry was sold. The burden of proof lies with the buyer after the first 6 months, cf. section 83 of the Sale of Goods Act. The seller does not cover damage caused by physical abuse or wear and tear of the jewelry.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact kundeservice@jewlscph.com or call 35 830 830. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the relevant board in the area, provided the conditions for this are met. TERMS OF TRADE FOR GOODS PURCHASED IN THE WEBSHOP
A 30-day full right of return is granted for items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 30-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. We pay for your return – see below.
A wish to withdraw must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery at kundeservice@jewlscph.com and the order must be in our possession no later than 30 days after receipt of your order.
TERMS OF TRADE APPLICABLE TO GOODS PURCHASED IN OUR PHYSICAL STORES
We offer a 7-day exchange right for purchases in our store in Østerbro. Money is not refunded for purchases in our store, but exchanged for another item or a gift card. For Christmas 2025, we have extended the exchange right to 9/1-2026 for all purchases made after 1/11-2025.
NOTE: Sale items and outlet items purchased in the store are not exchanged and are not taken back. Please note that outlet items are always bought as seen. When purchasing outlet items, discount or campaign codes or gift codes cannot be used.
