Payment
The transaction currency used is DKK unless another language layer is selected. The prices are inclusive of VAT and fees. Reservations are made for typos and spelling errors, as well as out-of-stock items.
JEWLSCPH is approved by PBS to receive payments online. All payments are made via a secure encrypted SSL line directly to PBS. If the transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately. You will then receive an order confirmation by email. We deduct the amount from your account when the package is dispatched from us. If you send an item back, the money is returned directly to the same payment card.

Please note that for all orders over DKK 3,000 we ask for photo identification to confirm the Dankort/Visa card and to avoid fraud. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this ensures both you as a customer and us.
REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this agreement, we will refund payment received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 5-8 working days from the date on which we have received your order back. We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
If you have used a gift card or credit card for your purchase, a credit card will be issued for the amount in question. The gift card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONS
Special discounts and promotions on our webshop only cover items in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will be contacted about this within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the item is not in stock.
Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, outlets, campaigns etc.
QUALITY CONTROL
We always check all jewelery before dispatch. If you nevertheless experience a defect in the piece of jewellery, please return the item as soon as possible, after which we will remedy this.
GENERAL RULES OF THE SALES ACT
Where not specified otherwise in the text below, we follow the general rules of the Swedish Purchase Act. The contract is drawn up and entered into in Danish and is not available on our website, which is why you should print and save the order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if incorrect prices are given on the website, as these may be automatically calculated. The order confirmation that is generated upon purchase is thus a copy of the shopping basket and not our acceptance that the transaction will be completed.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
We offer a 2-year warranty on all products and jewellery. You can therefore advertise about faults or defects that were present when the jewelery was sold. The burden of proof lies with the buyer after the first 6 months, cf. § 83 of the Swedish Purchase Act. The seller does not cover damage caused by physical abuse and wear and tear of the jewellery.
COMPLAINT ACCESS
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact [email protected] or phone 35 830 830. If we are unable to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ITEM PURCHASED IN THE WEBSHOP
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 30 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. We will pay your return - see below.
A wish to cancel must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery at [email protected] and the order must be in our hands no later than 30 days after receiving your order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO GOODS PURCHASED IN OUR PHYSICAL STORES
We offer a 7-day right of exchange for purchases in our stores. The item can be exchanged in all stores, regardless of which one it was purchased in. The money is not returned for purchases in our stores, but is exchanged for another item or gift card.
NOTE: Sale items and outlet items purchased in the store cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note that outlet items are always purchased as set. When purchasing outlet goods, discount or campaign codes or gift codes cannot be used.
