We understand that decisions can often take time. Therefore, we, JEWLSCPH, have made it easy for you to exchange/return your unused items, offering a 30-day full refund policy. However, please note that different exchange and return policies apply depending on whether you have purchased your items in our stores or online at www.jewlscph.com. See exchange rules for purchases made in our physical stores at the bottom of the page.

Please note that for items made to order or specially customized for the customer, the right to return or exchange is forfeited.

DELIVERY
JEWLSCPH offers FREE delivery (for purchases over 200 DKK) to Denmark with PostNord – and worldwide with UPS, see prices below.

With PostNord, we ship items using the following methods: PostNord – home delivery, PostNord – workplace delivery, PostNord – pickup point.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are usually shipped 1-2 business days after the order confirmation is sent (provided the item is in stock). The amount for your purchase is only deducted from your payment card after the item is shipped. You will always receive a tracking number to track your order.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
All shipments to Denmark are free of charge for purchases over 200 DKK.

Orders for international delivery are sent with UPS and incur the following shipping costs:
For addresses within Europe: 75 DKK.
For addresses outside Europe: 125 DKK.

RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED ON THE WEBSHOP
There is a 30-day full refund policy for items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 30-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. We cover the cost of your return – see below.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery at [email protected], and the items must be in our possession no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR FREE?
Send an email to [email protected], and we will send you a free return label by email (applies to shipments in Denmark). Print out the return label and attach it to the package, which you send to us along with the return form.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
As a customer, you are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If you have used the item beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we consider it used, and we reserve the right, after a specific assessment in each case, to reduce the refund or waive the refund entirely. You should also be aware that the original packaging typically represents value, and the original packaging must also be returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLYING TO ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR PHYSICAL STORE

For Christmas, the item can be exchanged for another item or gift card. Money is not refunded for purchases made in our store.

We offer a 7-day exchange period for purchases in our store. The item can be exchanged in any store regardless of where it was purchased.

NOTICE: Sale and outlet items purchased in the store cannot be exchanged or returned. Note that outlet items are always bought as seen. Discount codes, promotional codes, or gift cards cannot be used for outlet purchases.
